Cafe Roots Rooibos & Vanilla Tea is a nice alternative to black tea and coffee, avoiding the caffeine kick. Sweet, mellow & generously spiced with pleasant Bourbon Vanilla ground pods. Rooibos is low in tannins, contains minerals and it does contain some iron as opposed to other teas which may reduce your iron. Drink all day long without getting buzzed out and it's also beneficial to your well being. A tea that the whole family can enjoy.
