How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is easy. Choose your items and simply add them to the basket.

Then continue shopping or go to checkout. You'll then be directed to our secure payment system.

 

Payment and shipping?

Currently we only accept Debit cards and Paypal.

We endeavor to ship all our coffee blends within 1-2 working days, as to give you the freshest coffee possible.  

All other items will be shipped on the same day (order received before 3pm) or by the next working day.

Contacting us is easy. Just send us a brief message using the contact form above. Using the message box or sending an email is the most quick and efficient way to reach us. We endeavor to respond to you as soon as possible.

Secure ordering & payment options? 

  • We use HTTPS. 

  • Our site information is encrypted and therefore secure. 

  • Our site has SSL certification.

  • Pay securely with Paypal or Debit cards. Please be assured that Cafe Roots does not have access to any debit cards payments. These are automatically handled with Paypal & the associated card/bank providers.

 

Returns & refunds?

Pleasingly, Cafe Roots Coffees & Teas haven't ever been returned. Our products are favourable & our customers are happy. However, should there be a need to send something back, no problem. We'll accept items you'd like to return. Please ensure it's unopened & unused. Also please return within 14 days (UK Customers). Outside UK, within 30 days. 

Please also notify us with your intent to return before sending. You can do this by using the contact form above or by sending us an email. Once we receive your item(s), we will refund your payment to the debit card or Paypal account that the payment was originally paid with.


We don't refund shipping costs but in circumstances where items need to be returned due to any fault of ours, we will refund your shipping costs too.
